My dog licked his flea collar and now has green diarrhea and is vomiting what do it do?

i took him to the vet and everything is okay now he is out of risk..thank you..i was not using anything else i just got the puppy and saw a flea and will be keepign the puppy inside so thought i prevent from any more fleas coming!!
